Correction of Public Invitation for Bidding for Goša "Zajednički pogoni" d.o.o. in restructuring

Pursuant to the Public Invitation for participation in the public bidding for purchase of a part of the real estate and movable property of GOŠA Zajednički pogoni d.o.o. in restructuring, which are used by the functional unit "GASNA STANICA", sale code R-110408-2248, published on 07.03.2008 in the daily newspaper "Politika", as well as to the Decision of the Managing Board of GOŠA Zajednički pogoni d.o.o. in restructuring no. 38 dated 09.04.2008,

Privatization Agency announces:



Public Invitation for participation in the public bidding for purchase of a part of the real estate and movable property of GOŠA Zajednički pogoni d.o.o. in restructuring, which are used by the functional unit "GASNA STANICA", sale code R-110408-2248, published on 07.03.2008 in the daily newspaper "Politika", has been amended in the part referring to the sale code, deadlines for purchase of the bidding documents and for the submission of applications for participation in the public bidding, as well as to the date of the public bidding, so it now reads as follows :

1. Sale Code R-160508-2248.
   
2. Upon submission of the payment evidence, the public bidding documents can be collected at the following address: Privatization Agency of the Republic of Serbia, Auction Center, 23 Terazije Street, V floor, Office 511, from 9:00 to 16:30, by 07.05.2008.
   
3. Deadline for submission of applications for participation in the public bidding is 08.05.2008 at 16:30.
   
4. The Public Bidding will be held on 16.05.2008, starting at 14:00, at the following address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije Street, 2nd floor, Large Hall.
   
5. Registration of participants will be held on 16.05.2008, from 13:00 to 13:50, at the following address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije Street, 2nd floor, Small Hall.

All other data from the Public Invitation remain unchanged.
