Correction of Public Invitation for participation in the Public Auction

Pursuant to the Article 9, Paragraph 3, of the Decree on the Sale of Capital and Assets by Public Auction ("Official Gazette RS", nos. 52/05 and 91/07), the Privatization Agency announces



According to the authority from the Public Invitation for participation in public auction published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 01.03.2008, on the basis of which the date of auction and deadline for applying can be changed, the Privatization Agency informs the interested legal entities and individuals about the change of the date, place and time of the public auction.

Public Auction organized for the purpose of sale of the capital of Holding socially-owned enterprise for production and trade "POLjOTEHNA", Negotin, auction code 160508-1743p, will be held on 16.05.2008, at the following address Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije Street, 2nd floor, Large Hall at 11:00.

1. Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 16.05.2008, from 9:00 to 10:50.
   
2. The auction documents have to be purchased in the period from 02.04.2008 to 07.05.2008, 9:00 -16:30.
   
3. Deadline for submission of applications is 08.05.2008 at 16:30.
