Correction of the public invitation for participation in the public auction

In accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 4 of the Decree on sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette RS", no. 52/05 and 91/07), Privatization Agency announces



According to authority set out in the Public invitation for participation in the Public auction which was announced in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 10.03.2008, on the basis of which the Auction date and deadline for applying can be, if necessary, changed, Privatization Agency informs interested legal entities and individuals оn the corrections of date, place and time, at which the Public auction will be held.

1. Public invitation for participation in the Public auction, under code 110408-2257 organized for the purpose of sale of the capital of the Turističko preduzeće (Travel Agency) ATLAS TOURS p.о., Belgrade, has been changed in the part referring to the date, place and time at which the Public auction will be held, and now reads:

"Public auction organiyed for the purpose of sale of the capital of the Turističko preduzeće ATLAS TOURS п.о., Belgrade, under code 230508-2257, will be held on 23.05.2008, at the address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije St., 2nd floor, Large Hall, at 11:00.
Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 23.05.2008, from 09:00 to 10:50.
Deadline for purchase of the auction documentation is 14.05.2008, by 16:30.
Deadline for submission of applications is 15.05.2008, at 16:30".
