CORRECTION OF THE PUBLIC INVITATION FOR PARTICIPATION IN PUBLIC AUCTION

Based on the authority from Public invitation for participation in the Public auction, which was announced in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 25.01.2008, on the basis of which the auction date and the deadline for applying can be, if necessary, changed, the Privatization Agency informs interested legal entities and individuals about corrections of date, place and time at which the Public auction will be held.
1. Public invitation for participation in the Public auction, under code 210308-2203 organized for the purpose of sale of the capital of the Društveno preduzeće za proizvodnju i trgovinu na veliko i malo "SEMENARNA" (Socially-owned company for production, wholesale and retail), Belgrade, is changed in the part referring to date, place and time at which the Public auction will be held, and now reads as follows:
"Public auction organized for the purpose of sale of the capital of the Društveno preduzeće za proizvodnju i trgovinu na veliko i malo "SEMENARNA", Belgrade, under Code 230508-2203, will be held on 23.05.2008, at the address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije St., 2nd floor, Large Hall, at 11:00.
Registration of the auction participants will be held at the same address on 23.05.2008, from 09:00 to 10:50.
Deadline for purchase of the auction documents is 14.05.2008, by 16:30.
Deadline for submission of applications is 15.05.2008, by 16:30".
