Correction of public invitation for participation in the public auction

Pursuant to the Article 9, Paragraph 4, of the Decree on the Sale of Capital and Assets by
Public Auction ("Official Gazette RS", nos. 52/05 and 91/07), the Privatization Agency announces



According to the authority from the Public Invitation for participation in public auction published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 10.03.2008, on the basis of which the date of auction and deadline for applying can be changed, the Privatization Agency informs the interested legal entities and individuals on the change of the date, place and time of the public auction.

1. Public invitation for participation in the public auction, under the code 110408-2265 organized for the purpose of sale of the capital of the Enterprise for international and domestic shipping KONTINENTALŠPED, Beograd, has been changed in the part referring to the date, place and time of the public auction, so it now reads as follows:

"Public Auction organized for the purpose of sale of the capital of Enterprise for international and domestic shipping KONTINENTALŠPED, Beograd, under the code 230508-2265 will be held on 23.05.2008, at the following address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije Street, 2nd floor, Large Hall at 11:00.
Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 23.05.2008, from 9:00 to 10:50.
Deadline for purchase of auction documents is 14.05.2008 at 16:30.
Deadline for submission of applications is 15.05.2008 at 16:30".
