Correction of public invitation for participation in the public auction

Pursuant to the Article 9, Paragraph 4, of the Decree on the Sale of Capital and Assets by
Public Auction ("Official Gazette RS", nos. 52/05 and 91/07), the Privatization Agency announces





According to the authority from the Public Invitation for participation in public auction published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 25.01.2008, on the basis of which the date of auction and deadline for applying can be changed, the Privatization Agency informs the interested legal entities and individuals on the change of the date, place and time of the public auction.

1. Public invitation for participation in the public auction, under the code 210308-2210 organized for the purpose of sale of the capital Trade Company VEMIX d.o.o., Beograd, has been changed in the part referring to the date, place and time of the public auction, so it now reads as follows:

"Public Auction organized for the purpose of sale of the capital of Trade Company VEMIX d.o.o., Beograd, under the code 110408-2210, will be held on 11.04.2008 Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije Street, 2nd floor, Large Hall at 11:00
Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 11.04.2008, from 9:00 to 10:50.
Deadline for purchase of auction documents is 02.04.2008 at 16:30.
Deadline for submission of applications is 03.04.2008 at 16:30".
