Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 28.03.2008., in Beograd

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),

Privatization Agency and Share Fund offer for sale the share of the Republic Pension Fund in the capital of the enterprise OZ – DOO FOR PRODUCTION AND SALE OF TOYS, which is 5,27% of the total capital of the enterprise, the share of the Share Fund of the RS in the capital of the enterprise OZ – DOO FOR PRODUCTION AND SALE OF TOYS, which is 40,02% of the total capital of the enterprise. Totally is offered for sale 45,29 % of the total capital of the enterprise. download
