Correction of public invitation for participation in the Public Auction

Based on Article 9, Paragraph 3 of the Decree on sale of capital and property by public auction
( "Official Gazette RS", no. 52/05 and 91/07), Privatization Agency announces



under code 250108-1365p organized for the sale of capital of the Akcionarsko društvo za proizvodnju, preradu i promet voca, povrca i mesa i spoljnotrgovinsko poslovanje (Joint-stock company for production, processing and sale of fruit, vegetables and meat and foreign trade) "BUDIMKA", POŽEGA.

According to the authority set out in the Public invitation for participation in public auction which was announced in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 26.10.2007, on the basis of which the auction date and deadline for submission of applications can be, if necessary, changed, Privatization Agency informs interested legal entities and individuals about the corrections of date, place and time of the Public auction.

Public auction organized for the sale of capital of the Akcionarsko društvo za proizvodnju, preradu i promet voca, povrca i mesa i spoljnotrgovinsko poslovanje "BUDIMKA", POŽEGA, under code 210308-1365p, will be held on 21.03.2008, at the address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije St., 2nd floor, Large Hall, at 11:00.

1. Registration of the auction participants will be held at the same address on 21.03.2008, from 09:00 to 10:50.
   
2. Deadline for purchase of the auction documents is 12.03.2008, by 16:30.
   
3. Deadline for submission of applications is 13.03.2008, by 16:30.
