Correction of public invitation for participation in the public auction

under the code 211207-1365p organized for the purpose of sale of the capital of Joint-stock Company for production, processing and trade of fruit, vegetables and meat, and for foreign trade "BUDIMKA", Požega

1. According to the authority from the Public Invitation for participation in public auction published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 26.10.2007, on the basis of which the date of auction and deadline for applying can be changed, the Privatization Agency informs the interested legal entities and individuals on the change of the date, place and time of the public auction.
   
2. Public Auction organized for the purpose of sale of the capital of Joint-stock Company for production, processing and trade of fruit, vegetables and meat, and for foreign trade "BUDIMKA", Požega, auction code 250108-1365p, will be held on 25.01.2008, at the following address: 23 Terazije St, Belgrade, second floor, Large Hall, at 11:00. Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 25.01.2008, from 9:00 to 10:50.
   
3. Deadline for purchase of auction documents is 28.12.2007, and from 09.01.2008 to 16.01.2008, 9:00-16:30.
   
4. Deadline for submission of applications is 17.01.2008 until 16:30.
