Pursuant to authority from Article 23 of the Decree on sale of capital and property by Public auction ("Official Gazette RS", no. 52/05 and 91/07), Privatization Agency made the decision whereby the Public auction organized for the purpose of sale of capital of the stated company is to be cancelled.
