Correction of the public invitation for participation in public auction

In accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 3 of the Decree on sale оf capital and property by Public аuction ("Official Gazette RS", no. 52/05), Privatization Agency announces

CORRECTION OF THE PUBLIC INVITATION FOR PARTICIPATION IN PUBLIC AUCTION

under code 211207-1986, arranged for the purpose of sale of capital of the Preduzeće za reviziju, računovodstvo i konsalting "MGI REVIZIJA I RAČUNOVODSTVO" a.d. (Joint-stock company for auditing, accountance and consulting), Belgrade.

According to the authority from Public invitation for participation in Public auction, which was announced in the daily "Politika" on 27.11.2007, on the basis of which the auction date and the deadline for application submission can be, if necessary, changed, Privatization Agency announces to the interested legal entities and individuals оn corrections of date, place and time of the Public auction performance.


Public auction arranged for the purpose of sale of capital of the Preduzeće za reviziju, računovodstvo i konsalting "MGI REVIZIJA I RAČUNOVODSTVO" a.d., Belgrade, under code 250108-1986, will be held on 25.01.2008, at the address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije St., 2nd floor, Large Hall, at 11:00.

1. Registration of the auction participants will be held at the same address on 25.01.2008, from 09:00 to 10:50.
   
2. Deadline for purchase of the auction documents is 28.12.2007 and from 09.01.2008 until 16.01.2008, from 09:00 by 16:30.
   
3. Deadline for the application submission is 17.01.2008, at 15:00.
