Correction of public invitation for participation in the public auction

Pursuant to the Article 9, Paragraph 3, of the Decree on the Sale of Capital and Assets by
Public Auction ("Official Gazette RS", nos. 52/05 and 91/07), the Privatization Agency announces

CORRECTION OF PUBLIC INVITATION FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE PUBLIC AUCTION
under the code 141207-1811p organized for the purpose of sale of the capital of
Socially-owned enterprise "DOMAĆA RADINOST", Leskovac,

According to the authority from the Public Invitation for participation in public auction published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 12.11.2007, on the basis of which the date of auction and deadline for applying can be changed, the Privatization Agency informs the interested legal entities and individuals on the change of the date, place and time of the public auction.

Public Auction organized for the purpose of sale of the capital of Socially-owned enterprise "DOMAĆA RADINOST", Leskovac, auction code 250108-1811p, will be held on 25.01.2008, at the following address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije Street, 2nd floor, Large Hall at 11:00.

Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 25.01.2008, from 9:00 to 10:50.

1. Deadline for purchase of auction documents is 28.12.2007, and in the period from 09.01.2008 to 16.01.2008, 9:00 - 16:30.
   
2. Deadline for submission of applications is 17.01.2008 until 15:00.
