Correction of the public invitation for participation in public auction

In accordance with Article 9, Paragraph 4 of the Decree on sale of capital and property by Public auction ("Official Gazette RS", no-s. 52/05 and 91/07), Privatization Agency announces


announced in the daily "Politika" on 12.11.2007.

According to the authority from Public invitation for participation in Public auction, announced in the daily "Politika" on 12.11.2007, on the basis of which the auction date and the deadline for application submission can be, if necessary, changed, Privatization Agency announces to the interested legal entities and individuals оn corrections of date, place and time of the Public auction performance.

1. Public invitation for participation in Public auction, under Code 141207-1788p, arranged for the purpose of sale of capital, i.e. property of the Društveno preduzeće za proizvodnju poljoprivrednih mašina (Socially-owned company for production of agricultural machinery) "Lemind - proleter", Leskovac, in the part referring to date, place and time of the Public auction performance is changed and reads:
   
   "Public auction arranged for the purpose of sale of capital, i.e. property of the Društveno preduzeće za proizvodnju poljoprivrednih mašina "Lemind - proleter", Leskovac, under Code 211207-1788p, will be held on 21.12.2007, at the address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije St., 2nd floor, Large Hall, at 11:00. Registration of the auction participants will be held at the same address on 21.12.2007, from 09:00 to 10:50.
   
   Deadline for purchase of the auction documents is 12.12.2007, by 16:30.
   Deadline for submission of applications is 13.12.2007, by 16:30."
