Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 30.11.2007., in Belgrade

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
the Privatization Agency announces:

1. AGROŽIV-KOMERC, PANČEVO, 26A ZMAJ JOVINA STREET
   

Within the joint offer, the Privatization Agency and the Share Fund offer the share of the Republic Pension Fund in the capital of TRADE COMPANY AGROŽIV-KOMERC ltd, which amounts to 2,71% of the entire capital of the enterprise, and the share of Share Fund of the Republic of Serbia in the capital of TRADE COMPANY AGROŽIV-KOMERC ltd, which amounts to 8,47% of the entire capital of the enterprise. In total, it is offered 11,18% of the entire capital of the enterprise. download
