Notice on annulment of the Public auction arranged for the purpose of sale of capital of the "Natura" d.о.о. (Natura Ltd.), Subotica held on 20.09.2007

Privatization Agency, in accordance with Clause 2 of the Decision on annulment of the Public auction no. 10-1895/07-451/06, made on 25.09.2007, is announcing the following



Based on Authority set out in the Article 45 of the Decree on sale of capital and property by Public auction ("Official Gazette RS", no. 52/05), the Director of the Privatization Agency made the Decision by which the Public auction arranged for the purpose of sale of capital of the "Natura" d.o.o. Subotica, held on 20.09.2007, under Auction Sale Code 200907 - 2014, is annulled.
