Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 25.10.2007., in Beograd

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
the Privatization Agency announces:

1. Enterprise for production of TV technology EI 7. OKTOBAR DOO, NIŠ

Privatization Agency, within joint offer, offers for sale 70,00% of the socially-owned capital of the entity undergoing privatization, which is 21,00% of the total capital and 100,00% of share of the EI KORPORACIJA in restructuring, NIŠ, which amounts to 70,00% of the total capital. Totally is offered for sale 91,00% of capital of the entity undergoing privatization. The share of the EI KORPORACIJA in restructuring, NIŠ in the entity capital is offered for sale according to Authorization assigned to the Privatization Agency.
