Correction of the Public Invitation for participation in Public Auction under Code 130907-1997 arranged for the purpose of sale of capital of the Preduzeće za izvođenje investicionih radova u zemlji i inostranstvu "HIDROTEHNIKA" doo, BELGRADE

In accordance with Article 9, Clause 3 of the Decree on sale of capital and property by Public auction
( "Official Gazette RS", no. 52/05), Privatization Agency is announcing

1. Based on the Authorization from Public invitation for participation in Public auction, announced in the daily "Politika" on 27.07.2007, in view of which the auction date and the deadline for application submission can be, if necessary, changed, Privatization Agency is announcing to the interested legal entities and individuals on corrections of date, place and timetable of the Public auction performance.
   
2. Public auction arranged for the purpose of sale of capital of the Preduzeće za izvođenje investicionih radova u zemlji i inostranstvu "HIDROTEHNIKA" doo, BELGRADE, under Code 130907-1997, will be held on 27.09.2007, at the address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije St., 2nd floor, Large Hall, at 11:00. Registration of auction participants will be held at the same address on 27.09.2007, from 09:00 to 10:50.
   
3. Deadline for purchase of the auction documents is 18.09.2007, by 17:00.
   
4. Deadline for submission of applications is 19.09.2007, by 17:00.
