Correction of public invitation for participation in the Public Auction

Pursuant to the Article 9, Paragraph 3, of the Decree on the Sale of Capital and Assets by Public Auction
("Official Gazette RS", No. 52/05), the Privatization Agency announces



under the code 200907-2019 organized for the purpose of sale of the capital of
Public Enterprise INFORMATIVNO PROPAGANDNI CENTAR KULA, KULA

1. According to the authority from the Public Invitation for participation in public auction published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 27.07.2007, on the basis of which the date of auction and deadline for applying can be changed, the Privatization Agency informs the interested legal entities and individuals on the change of the date, place and time of the public auction.
   
2. Public auction for the purpose of sale of the capital of Public Enterprise INFORMATIVNO PROPAGANDNI CENTAR KULA, KULA, under the code 181007-2019, will be held on 18.10.2007, at the following address Novi Sad, JP Sportsko poslovni centar Vojvodina-SPENS, at 11:00. Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 18.10.2007, from 9:00 to 10:50.
   
3. Deadline for purchase of auction documents is 09.10.2007 until 17:00.
   
4. Deadline for submission of applications is 10.10.2007 until 17:00.
