Correction of public invitation for participation in public auction

In accordance with Article 9, Clause 3 of the Decree on Sale of capital and property by Public auction ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia", no. 52/05), Privatization Agency announces




code 120707-1613p, arranged for the purpose of sale of capital, i.e. property of the
Socially-owned enterprise for production and sale of rubber products and rubber spare parts for cars "KRAGUJ", Batočina

1. Based on the Power of Attorney from Public invitation for participation in the Public auction, announced in the daily "Politika" on 08.06.2007, in view of which the auction date and the deadline for the application submission can be, if necessary, changed, Privatization Agency of the Republic of Serbia announces to the interested legal entities and natural persons on changes of date, place and time of the Public auction performance.
   
2. Public auction arranged for the purpose of sale of capital, i.e. property of the Socially-owned enterprise for production and sale of rubber products and rubber spare parts for cars, code 260707-1613p, will be held on 26.07.2007, at the address: Privatization Agency, 23 Тerazije St, Belgrade, 2nd floor, Large Hall, at 11:00. Registration of the auction participants will be held at the same address on 26.07.2007, from 09:00 - 10:50.
   
3. Deadline for purchase of the auction documents is 17.07.2007, by 17:00.
   
4. Deadline for submission of applications is 18.07.2007, by 17:00.
