Correction of public invitation for participation in the public auction under the code 250607-1900

According to the Article 9, Paragraph 3, of the Decree on the Sale of Capital and Assets by Public Auction
("Official Gazette RS", No. 52/05), the Privatization Agency announces

1. According to the authority from the Public Invitation for participation in public auction published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 02.03.2007, on the basis of which the date of auction and deadline for applying can be changed, the Privatization Agency informs the interested legal entities and natural persons on the change of the date, place and time of the public auction.
   
2. Public auction for the purpose of sale of the capital of Enterprise for information technology "ENERGOSOFT" ltd, Novi Sad,
   under the code 260707-1900 will be held on 26.07.2007, at the following address: Belgrade, 23 Terazije St, second floor, at 11:00. Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 26.07.2007, from 9:00 to 10:50.
   
3. Deadline for purchase of auction documents is 17.07.2007 until 17:00. The auction documents can be collected at the following address: Privatization Agency, Auction Center, 23 Terazije St. (V floor), Belgrade – weekdays 9:00 to 17:00, from 18.06.2007 to 17.07.2007.
   
4. Deadline for submission of applications is 18.07.2007 until 17:00. The applications are to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with: "APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION IN PUBLIC AUCTION 260707, Privatization Agency, Auction Center, 23/V Terazije St, 11000 Belgrade".
