Correction of the Public Invitation for Participation in the Public Bidding for Purhase of Shares of the KMG "TRUDBENIK" IN THE BUILDING ENTERPRISE "TRUDBENIK GRADNJA" LTD., BELGRADE

In accordance with the Public Invitation for participation in the Public Bidding for purchase of shares of the KMG "TRUDBENIK" a.d. u restrukturiranju (Joint-stock company KMG "TRUDBENIK" in restructuring), Belgrade, in the enterprise "TRUDBENIK GRADNjA" d.o.o. ("TRUDBENIK GRADNjA" Ltd.), Belgrade, announced on February 19, 2007, in the daily "Politika", and by order of the Joint-stock company KMG "Trudbenik" Belgrade in restructuring, dated March 22, 2007,

Privatization Agency announces:



Public Invitation for participation in the Public Bidding for purchase of shares of the Joint-stock company KMG "TRUDBENIK" in restructuring, Belgrade, in the enterprise "TRUDBENIK GRADNjA" Ltd., Belgrade, to the amount of 100% of the registered capital, Sales Code R-290307-028p, announced on February 19, 2007, in the daily newspaper "Politika", is corrected in the part referring to the Sales Code, deadline for purchase of the selling documents and submission of applications for participation in the Public Bidding and the date of Public Bidding performance, so it now reads:

1. Sales Code R-180407-028p.
   
2. Deadline for collecting of the selling documents is April 10, 2007, at 17:00.
   
3. Deadline for submission of applications for participation in the Public Bidding is April 11, 2007, at 12:00.
   
4. Public Bidding for the purpose of Public Sale will be held on April 18, 2007, at 14:00, at the address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije St., Large Hall on the second floor.
   
5. Registration of participants in the Public Bidding will be held on April 18, 2007, from 13:00 to 13:50, at the address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije St., Small Hall on the second floor.

All other data, dates, deadlines and conditions set out in the Public Invitation remain unchanged.
