Correction of public invitation for participation in the public auction

According to the Article 9, Paragraph 3, of the Decree on the Sale of Capital and Assets by Public Auction
("Official Gazette RS", No. 52/05), the Privatization Agency announces



under the code 020407-1893 organized for the purpose of sale of the capital, i.e. the assets of

Public newspaper publishing enterprise "SOMBORSKE NOVINE", SOMBOR

1. According to the authority form the Public Invitation for participation in public auction published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 02.03.2007, on the basis of which the date of auction and deadline for applying can be changed, the Privatization Agency informs the interested legal entities and natural persons on the change of the date, place and time of the public auction.
   
2. Public auction organized for the purpose of sale of the capital, i.e., the assets of Public newspaper publishing enterprise "SOMBORSKE NOVINE", SOMBOR, under the code 280507-1893, will be held on 28.05.2007, at the following address: Novi Sad, JP Sportsko poslovni centar Vojvodina - SPENS, at 11:00. Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 28.05.2007, from 9:00 to 10:50.
   
3. Deadline for purchase of auction documents is 17.05.2007 until 17:00.
   
4. Deadline for submission of applications is 18.05.2007 until 17:00.
