Correction of public invitation for participation in the public auction

According to the Article 9, Paragraph 3, of the Decree on the Sale of Capital and Assets by Public Auction
("Official Gazette RS", No. 52/05), the Privatization Agency announces



under the code 080307-0375p organized for the purpose of sale of the capital, i.e. the assets of

Socially-owned enterprise for production of garments "MLADOST", Mionica

1. According to the authority form the Public Invitation for participation in public auction published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 26.01.2007 on the basis of which the date of auction and deadline for applying can be changed, the Privatization Agency informs the interested legal entities and natural persons on the change of the date, place and time of the public auction.
   
2. Public auction organized for the purpose of sale of the capital, i.e., the assets of Socially-owned enterprise for production of garments "MLADOST", Mionica, under the code 290307-0375p will be held on 29.03.2007, at the following address: 23 Terazije St., Belgrade, second floor, at 11:00. Registration of the participants will be held at the same address on 29.03.2007, from 9:00 to 10:50.
   
3. Deadline for purchase of auction documents is 20.03.2007 until 17:00.
   
4. Deadline for submission of applications is 21.03.2007 until 17:00.
