Correction of public invitation for participation in the public auction

According to the Article 9, Paragraph 4, of the Decree on the Sale of Capital and Assets by Public Auction
("Official Gazette RS", No. 52/05), the Privatization Agency announces



under the code 080307-1814p organized for the purpose of sale of the capital, i.e. the assets of

Joint-stock company for tourism, catering trade and commerce "ŽUPA", Kruševac

1. According to the authority form the Public Invitation for participation in public auction published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 26.01.2007 on the basis of which the date of auction and deadline for applying can be changed, the Privatization Agency informs the interested legal entities and natural persons on the change of the date, place and time of the public auction.
   
2. Public auction organized for the purpose of sale of the capital, i.e., the assets of Joint-stock company for tourism, catering trade and commerce "ŽUPA", Kruševac, under the code 180407-1814p will be held on 18.04.2007, at the following address: 23 Terazije St., Belgrade, second floor, at 11:00. Registration of the participants will be held at the same address on 18.04.2007, from 9:00 to 10:50.
   
3. Deadline for purchase of auction documents is 10.04.2007.
   
4. Deadline for submission of applications is 11.04.2007 until 17:00.
