Based on the Decisions of the Managing Board of the "Fabrika opreme i delova" Bor d.o.o. on approval of the Restructuring Program and sale of assets by the method of Public Bidding no. 15 dated 3 July 2006, no. 16 dated 3 July 2006, no. 28 dated 5 October 2006, no. 37 dated 26 January 2007 and no. 38 dated 26 January 2007, the Solution of the Privatization Agency on acceptance of the Restructuring Program no. R-135/06-OD dated 4 July 2006, the Solution of the Privatization Agency on acceptance of corrections to the Restructuring Program no. R-03/07-OD dated 17 January 2007, the Contract on Power of Attorney II/1 Cert. No. 1497/06 dated 23 August 2006, Annex of the Contract on Power of Attorney II Cert. No. 1704/2006 dated 20 October 2006 and Annex 2 of the Contract on Power of Attorney II/1 Cert. No. 232/07 dated 07 February 2007 between the "Fabrika opreme i delova" Bor d.o.o. as the Ordering Party and the Privatization Agency of the Republic of Serbia as the Holder of Power of Attorney, Privatization Agency of the Republic of Serbia announces:
