Correction of public invitation for participation in the public auction

Pursuant to the Article 9, Paragraph 3, of the Decree on Sale of Capital and Assets by Public Auction ("Official Gazette RS", no. 52/05), the Privatization Agency announces



under the code 260207-1877 organized for the purpose of sale of the capital, i.e. the assets of
Socially-owned farm "MAGLIC", Maglic

1. According to the authority form the Public Invitation for participation in public auction published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 10.01.2007 on the basis of which the date of auction and deadline for applying can be changed, the Privatization Agency informs the interested legal entities and natural persons on the change of date, place and time of the public auction.
   
2. Public auction organized for the purpose of sale of the capital, i.e. the assets of Socially-owned farm "MAGLIC", Maglic, under the code 020407-1877, will be held on 02.04.2007 at the address: Novi Sad, JP Sportsko poslovni centar Vojvodina-SPENS, at 11:00. Registration of the participants will be held at the same address on 02.04.2007, from 9:00 to 10:50.
   
3. Deadline for purchase of auction documents is 22.03.2007 until 17:00.
   
4. Deadline for submission of applications is 23.03.2007 until 17:00.
