Correction of Public Invitation for participation in the Public Auction

Pursuant to the Article 9 Paragraph 3 of the Decree on sale of capital and assets by public auction ("Official Gazette RS", No. 52/05), the Privatization Agency announces



under the code 281206-1816 organized for the purpose of sale of the capital, i.e. the assets of
Socially-owned enterprise "GEOSONDA - KONSOLIDACIJA" for geological, mining and construction works, BEOGRAD
and
under the code 281206-1814 organized for the purpose of sale of the capital, i.e. the assets of
Joint-stock company for tourism, catering trade and commerce ŽUPA, KRUŠEVAC

1. According to the authority form the Public Invitation for participation in public auction published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 24.11.2006, on the basis of which the date of auction and deadline for applying can be changed, the Privatization Agency informs the interested legal entities and natural persons on the change of the date, place and time of the public auction.
   
2. Public auction organized for the purpose of sale of the capital, i.e., the assets of Socially-owned enterprise "GEOSONDA - KONSOLIDACIJA" for geological, mining and construction works, BEOGRAD, under the code 250107-1816 and Joint-stock company for tourism, catering trade and commerce ŽUPA, Kruševac, under the code 250107-1814, will be held on 25.01.2007 at the address 23 Terazije St., Belgrade, second floor, at 11:00. Registration of the participants will be held at the same address on 25.01.2007 from 9:00 to 10:50.
   
3. Deadline for purchase of auction documents is 16.01.2007 until 17:00.
   
4. Deadline for submission of applications is 17.01.2007 until 17:00.
