Public Invitation for participation in public auction process that will take place on 28.12.2006., in Belgrade

Privatization Agency of the RS offers, within joint offer, 70,00% of the socially-owned capital of the subject to be privatized, amounting to 21,00 % of the total capital and 100,00% of share of the EI KORPORACIJA u restrukturiranju, NIŠ (EI CORPORATION in restructuring, NIŠ), amounting to 70,00% of the entire capital. Totally is offered for sale 91,00 % of the subject capital. The share of the EI KORPORACIJA u restrukturiranju, NIŠ in the subject capital, is offered for sale based on the Power of Attorney assigned to the Privatization Agency.

In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
