Privatization Agency offers, within the joint offer, 70,00% of socially-owned capital of the subject undergoing privatization, amounting to 52,88% of total capital and 100,00% of the share of DEVELOPMENT FUND RS, BELGRADE, amounting to 24,46% of the total capital. It is offered in total 77,34% of the capital of the subject undergoing privatization. The share of the Development Fund RS, BELGRADE, in the capital of the subject is sold according to the authority ascribed to the Privatization Agency.
In accordance with Article 38 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of RS", no-s. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05), and Article 5 of the Decree оn Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of RS" no. 52/05),
