According to the Article 62, Paragraph 1, of the Privatization Law ("Official Gazette RS", nos. 38/01,18/03 and 45/05), Article 18, Paragraph 1, of the Law on Privatization Agency ("Official Gazette RS", nos. 38/01, 155/04 and 45/05) Article 59 of the State Administration Law ("Official Gazette RS", no. 79/05) and Article 231, Paragraph 1, and Article 254, Paragraph, of the Law on general Administrative Procedure ("Official gazette FRY", nos. 33/97 and 31/01), the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Serbia has adopted the Decision whereby, in the Item 1 of the enacting clause of the Decision, the public auction organized for the purpose of sale of the capital, i.e. the assets of DP FGP "BABUŠNICA" from Babušnica, held on 28.09.2006, under auction sale code 280906-1708, is to be annulled.
