Correction of the public invitation for participation in the public auction

In accordance with Article 9, Clause 3 of the Decree on Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of the RS", no. 52/05), the Privatization Agency is announcing

1. Based on the Power of Attorney from the Public invitation for participation in the Public Auction, announced in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 01 September 2006, in view of which the Auction date and the deadline for the Application submission may be, if necessary, changed, Privatization Agency of the Republic of Serbia is announcing to the interested legal entities and natural persons on the corrections of Auction sale code, date, place and time of the Public Auction performance.
   
2. Public Auction for the purpose of sale of capital, i.e. assets of the Društveno preduzeće "BEOGRADSKI VUNARSKI KOMBINAT" u restrukturiranju, Beograd, code 301106-1691p, will be held on 30 November 2006, at the address: Privatization Agency, 23/II Тerazije, Belgrade, at 11:00. Registration of the auction participants will take place at the same address on 30 November 2006, from 09:00 - 10:50.
   
3. Deadline for purchase of the auction documents is 21 November 2006, by 17:00.
   
4. Deadline for submission of Applications is 22 November 2006, by 17:00.
