Correction of the Public Invitation for participation in Public Auction

In accordance with Article 9, Clause 3 of the Decree on Sale of capital and property by public auction ("Official Gazette of the RS", no. 52/05), the Privatization Agency is announcing




code 310806-1725, arranged for the purpose of sale of capital, i.e. property of the
AD JUGOINSPEKT BEOGRAD za kontrolu kvaliteta i kvantiteta robe, Beograd

1. Based on the Power of Attorney from the Public invitation for participation in the public auction, announced in the daily "Politika" on 01 August 2006, in view of which the auction date and the deadline for the application submission may be, if necessary, changed, Privatization Agency of the Republic of Serbia announces to the interested legal entities and natural persons on the changes of date, place and timetable of the public auction performance.
   
2. Public auction for the purpose of sale of capital, i.e. property of the AD JUGOINSPEKT BEOGRAD za kontrolu kvaliteta i kvantiteta robe, Beograd, code 140906-1725, shall be held on 14 September 2006, at the address: Privatization Agency, 23 Тerazije St, Belgrade, 2nd floor, at 11:00. Registration of the auction participants shall take place at the same address on 14 September 2006, from 09:00 - 10:50.
   
3. Deadline for purchase of the auction documents is 05 September 2006, by 17:00.
   
4. Deadline for submission of applications is 06 September 2006, by 17:00.
