Amendments no 2 to the public invitation

Based on Article 28 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia" nos. 38/2001, 18/2003 and 45/2005), and based on the authorization given in Clause 6 of the Public Invitation published in "Politika" daily newspaper on 07 June, 2006 (hereinafter: Public Invitation), the Privatization Agency (hereinafter: "the Agency") hereby announces:



For participation in the public tender for sale of 100% of the total registrated capital in: Društveno preduzece "Industrija tepiha Ivanjica – u restrukturiranju", Bukovica (hereinafter "Entity undergoing privatization")

Tender Code: ITI 14/06

The Agency hereby informs all interested parties on the amendments to the Public Invitation for participation in the public tender for sale of 100% of the total registrated capital of the Entity undergoing privatization, as follows:

1. Deadline for submitting a written request for purchasing the Tender Documents for the Entity undergoing privatization, set out in Clause 5 of the Public Invitation, is changed and extended to October 27, 2006, by 5 p.m. Belgrade time.
   
2. Deadline for submission of final binding offers for acquisition of 100% of the total registrated capital of the Entity undergoing privatization, set out in Clause 6 of the Public Invitation, is changed and extended to November 24, 2006, by 5 p.m. Belgrade time.
   
3. All other details of the Public Invitation and amendments thereto shall remain unchanged and are available at: http://www.priv.yu/vesti/pdf/e-tender_252_jp.pdf
