C orrection of the public invitation for participation in the public auction (bidding) for purchase of the immovable property of the A.T.D. "Putnik", Belgrade - THE ISLE OF "SVETI MARKO" in Tivat

Based on the Public Invitation for participation in the Public auction (bidding) for purchase of the Immovable Property of the A.T.D. "PUTNIK", Belgrade, i.e. the Isle of "Sveti Marko" in the municipality of Tivat, "as found", Sale Code 310806А-1724, published on 31 July 2006, in the daily newspaper "Politika" and on 02 August 2006, in the daily newspapers "Financial Times", "Dan" and "Pobeda", and by order of the Instructing Party, A.T.D. "Putnik"-Belgrade, dated 24 August 2006, Privatization Agency of the Republic of Serbia announces:

Public Invitation for participation in the Public auction (bidding) for purchase of the Immovable Property of the А.T.D. "PUTNIK"-Belgrade, i.e. the Isle of "Sveti Marko" in the municipality of Tivat, "as found", Sale Code 310806А-1724, published on 31 July 2006, in the daily newspaper "Politika" and on 02 August 2006, in the daily newspapers "Financial Times", "Dan" and "Pobeda", is being corrected in its part, referring to the Sale Code, deadlines for purchase of the sales documents and submission of applications for participation in the Public bidding and the Public bidding date, so that it now reads as follows:

1. Sale Code 280906А-1724.
   
2. Deadline for collection of the sales documents expires on 20 September 2006, at 17:00.
   
3. Deadline for submission of applications for participation in the Public bidding expires on 21 September 2006, at 17:00.
   
4. Public bidding for the purpose of the public sale shall be held on 28 September 2006, with the beginning at 11:00, at the address: Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije St, 2nd floor, Large Hall.

All other information, dates, deadlines and requirements set out in the Public Invitation remain unchanged.
