In the Public Invitation for participation in public auction organized for the purpose of sale of the capital, that is, the assets of MIN Holding Co. a.d. Svrljig, Svrljig, in the part referring to the amount of total estimated value of the capital to be privatized, the amount of deposit, the initial price at the auction, as well as the amount of minimum investment, instead of the published data, there should be the following:
"Total estimated value of the capital to be privatized is CSD 203.717.000 or 2.359.196 EUR which is 77,5% of the total capital of the subject.
Deposit for auction participation is: CSD 24.446.000 or 283.104 EUR
Initial price at auction sale is: CSD 48.892.000
Minimum investment in the subject to be privatized amounts to: CSD 130.000.000"
