Amendments to the public invitation For participation in the Public Tender for sale of 100% of the total registered capital in: "TK Ljubisa Miodragovic" Prijepolje - in restructuring

Based on Article 28 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia” nos. 38/2001, 18/2003 and 45/2005), the Privatization Agency (hereinafter: "the Agency”) hereby announces:

1. Based on authorization in Clause 6 of the Public Invitation for participation in the public tender, published in "Politika” daily newspaper on March 31, 2006, the Agency hereby notifies all potential participants on extension of the deadline for submitting a written request for purchasing Tender Documents for participation in the public tender for sale of 100% of the total registered capital of the Entity undergoing privatization.
   
2. The deadline in Clause 5 of the Public Invitation for submitting a written request for purchasing Tender Documents is now extended to May 12, 2006.
   
3. All other details of the Public Invitation shall remain unchanged and are available at:

4. All questions relating to extension of deadline in these Amendments to the Public Invitation should be directed to the Consultant, Eucons Group d.o.o. Belgrade, appointed by the Agency:
