Amendments to the public invitation for participation in public auction for the purchase of immobile property of A.D. "BIP"-BEOGRAD

Based on the Public Invitation for participation in public auction for the purchase of immobile property of A.D. "BIP"-Beograd, "SKADARLIJA" COMPLEX in Belgrade, in current state, published on December 08, 2005 in "Blic” and "Politika”, published on December 09, 2005 in "Večernje Novosti” daily newspaper, and by order of the proxy of A.D. "BIP"-Beograd dated December 22, 2005,

The Privatization Agency hereby announces:



Public Invitation for participation in public auction for the purchase of immobile property of A.D. "BIP"-Beograd, being "Skadarlija” Complex in Belgrade, in current state, Sale Code: 281205-1509p, published on December 08, 2005 in "Blic” daily newspaper, is changed in parts relating to the sale code, deadlines for purchasing sale documents and submission of application for participation in the public auction, and date of the public auction, to read as follows:

1. Sale Code: 020206-1509p
2. Deadline for collection of the sale documents is January 24th 2006, at 17:00 hours.
3. Deadline for submission of application for participation in the public auction is January 25th 2006, at 17:00 hours.
4. Public auction for the public sale shall be held on February 02nd 2006, staring from 11:00 hours, at the following address: Restaurant "Velika Skadarlija”, Belgrade, Cetinjska st. 17.


All other information, dates, deadlines and terms of the Public Invitation shall remain unchanged.
