Extension to public invitation For participation in the Public Tender for divestment of 100% of the capital in Construction Company "Partizanski put” a.d. Belgrade in restructuring

In accordance with Article 28 of the Law on Privatization (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia Nos. 38/2001, 18/2003 and 45/2005), and Clauses 4 and 5 of the Public Invitation for participation in the Public Tender for divestment of 100% of the capital in Construction Company "Partizanski put” a.d. Belgrade, in restructuring, number 6 Takovska Street, published in "Politika” daily newspaper on October 1, 2005 ("Public invitation”), Privatization Agency (hereinafter "the PA”) hereby issues an:



The PA hereby informs all interested parties on the extension of deadlines from the Public Invitation for participation in the Public Tender for the sale of capital of the Entity undergoing privatization, as follows:

1. In Clause 4 of the Public Invitation, the deadline for submission of the written request for the purchase of the Tender Documents in respect of the Entity undergoing privatization has been extended to November 30, 2005, at 05:00 p.m. (Belgrade time).
   
2. In Clause 5 of the Public Invitation, the deadline for submission of the final binding offers for acquisition of the capital is extended to December 20, 2005, at 05:00 p.m. (Belgrade time).
   
3. All other details of the Public Invitation shall remain unchanged and are available online at: http://www.priv.yu/vesti/pdf/e-tender_371_jp.pdf
