Clause 3 of the Amendments to Public Invitation is changed to read as follows:
"Deadline for submission of binding Bids for acquisition of capital of the Entity undergoing privatization offered for sale, stipulated in Clause 6 of the Public Invitation, has been extended to January 23, 2006, by 5:00 pm Belgrade time.”
