Extension to public invitation For participation in the Public Tender for divestment of 76.9% of the total capital in Socially Owned Company for Manufacturing Rubber and Chemical Products "TRAYAL KORPORACIJA” Krusevac

In accordance with Article 28 of the Law on Privatization (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia Nos. 38/01, 18/03 and 45/05) and Clauses 5 and 6 of the Public Invitation for participation in the Public Tender for divestment of 76.9% of the total capital in "TRAYAL KORPORACIJA” - Krusevac, published in "Politika” daily newspaper on September 15th, 2005 ("Public invitation”), the Privatization Agency (hereinafter "the PA”) hereby issues an:



The PA hereby informs all interested parties on the extension of deadlines from the Public Invitation for participation in the Public Tender for the sale of capital of the Entity undergoing privatization, as follows:

1. In Clause 5 of the Public Invitation, the deadline for submission of the written request for the purchase of the Tender Documents in respect of the Entity undergoing privatization has been extended to November 11th 2005, at 05:00 p.m. (Belgrade time).
   
2. In Clause 6 of the Public Invitation, the deadline for submission of the final binding offers for acquisition of the capital is extended to December 14th 2005, at 05:00 p.m. (Belgrade time).
   
3. All other details of the Public Invitation shall remain unchanged and are available online at: http://www.priv.yu/vesti/pdf/e-tender_393_jp.pdf
