Extension of public invitation

In accordance with the Article 28 of the Law on Privatization ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia” nos. 38/2001, 18/2003 and 45/2005), the Privatization Agency (hereinafter: "the Agency”) hereby announces:

1. By the power of Clause 6 of the Public Invitation for participation in the Public Tender, published in daily newspaper "Politika" on June 28th, 2005 the PA hereby informs all potential participants on extension of the deadlines in the Public Invitation.
   
2. The new deadline in Clause 5 of the Public Invitation, from which the Tender Documents shall be available, is August 29th 2005.
   
3. The new deadline in Clause 5 of the Public Invitation, for submission of the written request for the purchase of the Tender Documents for the Entity undergoing privatization, is September 30th, 2005.
   
4. The new deadline in Clause 6 of the Public Invitation, for submission of final binding offers for acquisition of the capital of the Entity undergoing privatization, is October 28th, 2005, at 17:00 hours (Belgrade time).
   
5. All other Clauses of the Public Invitation, including the right to amend the deadlines in the Public Invitation if necessary, shall remain unchanged.
   
6. All the questions relating to this extension of the Public Invitation should be directed by interested parties to Advisor’s contact persons below:
