Correction of public invitation for participation in public auction

According to the Article 5, Paragraph 3, of the Decree on the Sale of Capital and Assets by Public Auction ("Official Gazette RS", No. 45/01, 45/02 , 19/03, 59/04, 98/04), the Privatization announces:



under the code 300605-1387 organized for the purpose of sale of the capital, that is, the assets of
DP for catering trade, hotel management – health-recreation tourism
"Fontana", Vrnjačka Banja

1. According to the authority from the Public Invitation for Participation in Public Auctions published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 18.05.2005, on the basis of which the date of auction and the closing date for applying can be changed, according to circumstances, the Privatization Agency informs interested legal and physical entities on the change of the date and place of public auction.
   
2. Public auction for the purpose of sale of the capital, that is, the assets of DP for catering trade, hotel management and health-recreation tourism "Fontana", Vrnjačka Banja, under the code 140705-1387 will be held on 14.07.2005. at the address: the Privatization Agency, Belgrade, Terazije 23, 2nd floor, Large Hall, at 11:00. The Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 14.07.2005, 9:00 - 10:50.
   
3. The closing date for the purchase of the auction documentation is 05.07.2005.
   
4. The closing date for submission of application is 06.07.2005 until 17:00.
