Information on Cancellation of Public Auction

The Privatization Agency, according to the paragraph 2 of the Decision on Cancellation of Public Auction No. 10-975/05-577/02, adopted on 01.06.2005, announces the following:


organized for the purpose of sale of capital, that is, assets of socially-owned construction enterprise "Dumača" from Šabac held on 31.05.2005. under auction sale code: 310505-1401

According to the authority from the Article 35a of the Decree on sale of capital and assets at public auction ("Official Gazette RS", No. 45/01, 45/02 and 19/03), the Director of the Privatization Agency made the Decision by which the public auction organized for the purpose of sale of capital, that is, assets of socially-owned construction enterprise "Dumača" from Šabac, held on 31.05.2005 under auction sale code 310505-1401, has been cancelled.
