Correction of public invitation for participation in public auction

According to the Article 5, Paragraph 3, of the Decree on the Sale of Capital and Assets by Public Auction ("Official Gazette RS", No. 45/01, 45/02 and 19/03), the Privatization Agency announces


under the code 310505-1402 organizovanoj organized for the purpose of sale of the capital, that is, the assets of

Tourist and catering trade enterprise "AVALA" joint-stock company, BELGRADE

1. According to the authority from the Public Invitation for Participation in Public Auctions published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 29.04.2005, on the basis of which the date of auction and the closing date for applying can be changed, according to circumstances, the Privatization Agency informs interested legal and physical entities on the change of the date and place of public auction.
   Public auction for the purpose of sale of the capital, that is, the assets of Tourist and catering trade enterprise "AVALA" joint-stock company, BELGRADE, under the code 160605-1402, will be held on 16.06.2005, at the address: the Privatization Agency, Belgrade, Terazije 23, 2nd floor, Large Hall, at 11:00. The Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 16.06.2005, 09:00 - 10:50.
   
2. The closing date for the purchase of the auction documentation is 07.06.2005 until 17:00.
   
3. The closing date for submission of application is 08.06.2005 until 17:00.
