Announces Initiation of restructuring procedure in the enterprise to be privatized Socially-owned enterprise Lead and Zinc Mine "GROT"

According to the Article 7 of the Decree on the Procedure and Method of Restructuring of Enterprises and Other Legal Entities ("Official Gazette RS" No. 1/02), and in respect of the Decision on Restructuring No. R-19/05-OD dated 25.04.2005, the Privatization Agency

1. The Privatization Agency announces initiation of restructuring procedure in the enterprise to be privatized Socially-owned enterprise Lead and Zinc Mine "GROT", 83 Nemanjina St., Vranje, for the purpose of submission of evidence of claims towards the enterprise by legal and physical entities.

3. Creditors of the enterprise are to register their claims in accordance with the Article 8 of the Decree on the Procedure and Method of Restructuring of Enterprises and Other Legal Entities, with collection account on the day of this announcement’s publication in the Official Gazette RS. The claim application is to be submitted at the following address: Bogdan Mitić, Director, Socially-owned enterprise Lead and Zinc Mine "GROT", 83 Nemanjina St., Vranje, weekdays from 8:00 to 14:00, or by post, registered mail.
   
4. Period allowed for submission of the claim applications is 30 days after the day of this announcement’s publication in the "Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia".
   
5. Claims which have not been registered in the previously described way cannot be settled.
