In accordance with the Restructuring Program of Socially Owned Company "Javor" Cloth and Apparel, Export Import Ivanjica in Restructuring adopted by the Privatization Agency of the republic of Serbia by virtue of Decree No. Р – 06/05-02 dated 20.01.2005. and Article 28 of the Law on Privatization (Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia Nos. 38/2001 and 18/2003), as well as Paragraph 6 of the Public Invitation published in daily newspaper "Politika” on 23.04.2005 the Privatization Agency of the Republic of Serbia (hereinafter "the PA”) hereby issues an:
