Correction of public invitation for participation in public auction

According to the Article 5, Paragraph 3, of the Decree on the Sale of Capital and Assets by Public Auction ("Official Gazette RS", No. 45/01, 45/02,19/03,), the Privatization Agency announces




under the code 140405-1366 organized for the purpose of sale of the capital, that is, the assets of



1. According to the authority from the Public Invitation for Participation in Public Auctions published in the daily newspaper "Politika" on 04.03.2005, on the basis of which the date of auction and the closing date for applying can be changed, according to circumstances, the Privatization Agency informs interested legal and physical persons on the change of the date of the public auction.

2. Public auction for the purpose of sale of the capital, that is, the assets of Road enterprise "Valjevo", VALjEVO, under the code 260405-1366, will take place on 26.04.2005 at the address: the Privatization Agency, Belgrade, 23 Terazije St., 2nd floor, Large Hall, at 11:00.
The Registration of participants will be held at the same address on 26.04.2005 from 09:00 to 10:50.

3. The closing date for purchase of the auction documentation is 18.04.2005 until 17:00.

4. The closing date for submission of application is 19.04.2005 until 17:00.
