Announces Initiation of restructuring procedure in the enterprise to be privatized Socially-owned enterprise "INTEGRAL" Bujanovac

According to the Article 7 of the Decree on the Procedure and Method of Restructuring of Enterprises and Other Legal Entities ("Official Gazette RS" No. 1/02), and in respect of the Decision on Restructuring No.R - 18/05-OD dated 31.03.2005, the Privatization Agency

The Privatization Agency announces initiation of restructuring procedure in the enterprise to be privatized Socially-owned enterprise "INTEGRAL" Bujanovac, 2 Industrijska St., 17520 Bujanovac, for the purpose of submission of evidence of claims towards the enterprise by legal and physical persons.

Creditors of the enterprise are to register their claims in accordance with the Article 8 of the Decree on the Procedure and Method of Restructuring of Enterprises and Other Legal Entities, with collection account on the day of this announcement's publication in the Official Gazette RS. The claim form is to be submitted at the address: Srba Stošic, Director, Socially-owned enterprise "INTEGRAL" Bujanovac, 2 Industrijska St., 17520 Bujanovac, 8:00 - 14:00 on weekdays, or by post, registered mail.
   
4. Period allowed for submission of the claim forms is 30 days after the day of this announcement's publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia.
   
5. Claims which are not registered in the previously described way cannot be settled.
