Unsuccessful Public tender for the sale of socially-owned capital and assets of the enterprise to be privatized HI AD "HIPOL" - in restructuring, Odžaci

According to the Article 16 Paragraph 4 of the Decree on the Sale of Capital and Assets by Public Tender ("Official Gazette RS" No.45/2001), the Privatization Agency announces



On 16.11.2004 the Privatization Agency announced Public Invitation for Participation in Public Tender regarding the sale of socially-owned capital of the enterprise to be privatized - HI AD "HIPOL" - in restructuring, Odžaci.

None of the offers were received by the specified date. Accordingly, the Tender Commission, which monitors the implementation of public tender for H.I. AD "HIPOL" - in restructuring, declared the public tender unsuccessful in the session held on 16.02.2005.
