According to the Article 7 of the Decree on the Procedure and Method of Restructuring of Enterprises and Other Legal Entities ("Official Gazette RS" No. 1/02), and in respect of the Decision on Restructuring No. R – 14/05-OD dated 23.02.2005, the Privatization Agency
